Simply only do it for personal use.Saving / archiving my work is allowed :)Reposting to other sites is allowed, just credit please !Please do not make designs based on any of mine without permission first, I am most likely not gonna say no, but seeing its existence unprompted will make me uncomfortable.For a design of mine that has been bought/owned by another person, you will have to personally ask them for permission to make an inspired character.Make sure you have read my commission T.O.S and adopt T.O.S before commissioning/adopting.Repeated abuse of these boundaries may land you on my public blacklist. a full refund can only be asked for if the art hasn't been started yet, past the sketch stage, you will only be given a 50% refund.୨୧ revisions ୨୧
free revisions up to 4 times during sketch/color stage
after that, a fee of $5 must be paid
oc/pose swap will induce a fee if work has already started୨୧ fees ୨୧
making a profit is not allowed unless you pay a commercial fee of $50
personal usage of your commission as pfp/banner, keychains & arylic standees is allowed.i am allowed to post your commission unless you pay a privacy fee of $10
rush fee is 40%-70% of what you paid dependent on how early the comm must be done

why were you banned from toyhouse
@pyluht is banned due to ban evasion because @_w_ was banned for false date of birth
honest mistake, i always had the reflex to put a false dob when signing up for anything@pyluht was made before @_w_ and its dob was fixed when i moved back to it but it was still bannedsomeone reported @pyluht after i was giving toyhouse advice to someone where i mentioned that i had been banned in the pasti emailed toyhouse multiple times & it didnt work so i decided to just have my accounts managed by a friend insteadjust being clear about why i was banned because people are either banned on toyhouse for being the worst person ever or bc of a mass-report so
